Building UI with TDS: Where Did All That Code Go?

To avoid modifying existing project code, a custom inflator automatically replaces ScrollView, RecyclerView, and NestedScrollView with TDSScrollView when they are inflated.
TDSL (TDS Domain-Specific Language) removes unnecessary repetition in layout code so the implementation can focus on the information needed to show the actual UI.
